Services

What's included in each service

What you get with every service, what I need from you, how long it takes and the small print, in plain English. Prices and booking are on the services page.

How it works

Every project, four steps

One process for everything from a £35 mockup to a new website, and most of it happens by email.

1

Choose and start

Pick the option that fits on the services page. Most services are paid for on Stripe's secure checkout. Bespoke work and the free one-page plan start with a request, and missed-call text-back starts with a 7-day free trial.

2

Brief

I email you within one working day to collect your brief and files, and confirm your delivery date in writing. For most services that takes about ten minutes of your time, with no meetings. Missed-call text-back is set up on a 20-minute call instead.

3

Make and check

The work is made to the agreed scope, and everything is checked against your brand and the brief before you see it.

4

Review and deliver

For design and build work, you get first drafts with two rounds of revisions, then the final files, ready to use. Missed-call text-back goes live on day 3 of its free trial.

For businesses

Websites, booking and automation

A website that works properly on a phone, online booking that sends its own reminders, and tools built around the way you already work.

Mobile-first website, up to 5 pages

For a business that needs a proper website for the first time, or whose current site is out of date, hard to read on a phone or hard to change.

  • £995

What you get

  • Up to 5 pages, for example Home, About, Services, Prices and Contact.
  • A design built for phones first, then checked on tablets and desktops.
  • Your logo, colours and photos throughout. No logo yet? I set your business name in a clean wordmark, or you can add Brand-in-a-Box.
  • Your text edited into clear page copy that is easy to scan.
  • A contact form, tap-to-call and tap-to-email links, and a map if customers come to you.
  • Links to your social profiles and your Google Business Profile.
  • The search basics: a title and description for every page, a sitemap, and your site submitted to Google Search Console.
  • Fast loading, and an SSL certificate so browsers show the padlock.
  • A short written guide to your site when it goes live.

What I need from you

  • Your text for each page, or notes I can shape into text.
  • Your logo and any photos you want used. If you have no photos, I use licensed stock images.
  • Your domain name, if you have one, and access to where it is registered.
  • Your privacy notice. If you don't have one, the ICO has a free privacy notice generator for small businesses.

How long it takes

Usually two to three weeks from receiving your text and photos. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing after you pay.

Good to know

  • Two rounds of revisions are included. Send each round as one list of changes and I turn it round within two working days.
  • Your domain stays in your name. If you don't have one yet, I help you register it; the yearly fee is paid to the registrar, not to me.
  • Hosting is not in the build price. Add the care plan and I host, secure and update the site for you, or I hand the finished site over to a host you choose.
  • Not included: writing all your copy from scratch, an online shop, online booking (that is the website with booking), or ongoing search and advertising campaigns.

Website with online booking and automatic reminders

For a business that takes appointments, lessons or sessions by phone, text or WhatsApp, and wants customers to book themselves.

  • £1,395

What you get

  • Everything in the mobile-first website.
  • Online booking built into your site, set up on an established booking platform chosen to suit your business, such as Square Appointments, SimplyBook.me, Acuity Scheduling or Calendly.
  • Your services, prices, appointment lengths and working hours set up for you.
  • Automatic email confirmations and reminders, so customers are reminded without you sending anything.
  • Deposits or full payment taken when someone books, paid straight into your own account, if you want them.
  • Your cancellation policy shown before anyone books.
  • Bookings synced to the calendar you already use: Google, Apple or Outlook.
  • A real test booking made from start to finish before the site goes live.

What I need from you

  • Everything listed for the website.
  • Your list of services, with prices, appointment lengths and working hours.
  • Your rules on deposits, cancellations and how far ahead people can book.
  • A booking platform account in your name. I set it up with you, so the customer list and the payments belong to you.

How long it takes

Usually three to four weeks from receiving your text, photos and booking details. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing after you pay.

Good to know

  • Two rounds of revisions are included. Send each round as one list of changes and I turn it round within two working days.
  • Some booking platforms have free plans; others charge a monthly fee, and text-message reminders usually cost extra. Any platform fee is paid by you directly to the platform, and I tell you what it will be before setting anything up.
  • The booking set-up matches the Standard level of booking automation. If you need staff calendars, text reminders, intake forms or lesson blocks, email me before paying and I'll quote the difference.
  • Domain and hosting work exactly as for the website: the domain stays in your name, and hosting comes with the care plan or goes to a host you choose.

Booking, reminder and deposit automation for your existing site

For a business with a website it is happy with that still takes bookings by phone, text or email, and loses time and appointments to it.

  • Standard £450
  • Plus £900

Standard £450

  • One booking platform, set up in your name and connected to your website with a Book now button or an embedded booking page.
  • Up to 10 services or appointment types, for one person's calendar.
  • Automatic email confirmations and reminders.
  • Deposits or full payment at booking, paid into your own account.
  • Your cancellation policy shown at booking.
  • Sync with your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.

Plus £900

  • Everything in Standard.
  • Up to 5 staff calendars or locations, and up to 30 services or appointment types.
  • Text-message reminders as well as email.
  • Intake or consent questions at booking, for example a patch-test check or a health form.
  • Packages and blocks, for example 10 lessons paid for upfront.
  • An automatic message after each appointment asking for a review.
  • Your existing client list imported into the booking platform.

What I need from you

  • Access to your website, or to whoever looks after it, so the booking button or page can be added.
  • Your list of services, with prices, appointment lengths and working hours.
  • Your rules on deposits, cancellations and how far ahead people can book.
  • A booking platform account in your name, which I set up with you.

How long it takes

Standard usually takes one to two weeks, and Plus two to three weeks, from receiving your details. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing after you pay.

Good to know

  • Two rounds of revisions are included. Send each round as one list of changes and I turn it round within two working days.
  • Before handing over, I make a real test booking from start to finish, including the reminder and any deposit.
  • Platform fees, including the cost of text messages on Plus, are paid by you directly to the platform. I tell you what they will be before setting anything up.
  • If your website can't take a booking button (some older builders can't), I tell you before starting, and you get a full refund if there is no workable way round it.

Missed-call text-back

For trades and service businesses that miss calls while they're working, such as plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, salons and barbers.

  • £149 setup, then £39 a month

What you get

  • A text back to every caller you miss, usually within a minute.
  • Replies to straightforward questions about your services, hours and callout fee, using only what you've approved.
  • Your booking link sent when they're ready.
  • A live sheet of every missed call and conversation.

What I need from you

  • A 20-minute call to set it up.
  • Your business number and phone provider.
  • Your booking link, if you have one.

How long it takes

It goes live on day 3 of the free trial.

Good to know

  • Texts come from a dedicated mobile number and open with your business name, and calls still ring on your own number.
  • The only change to your phone is a divert for unanswered calls.
  • It can only text callers who show their number.
  • It never invents prices, dates or availability, and anything it can't answer goes in your sheet.
  • Urgent words you choose never reach the AI, and the caller gets a fixed reply with your emergency number.
  • It replies only to people who have just called you and never sends marketing.
  • Before it goes live, we sign a short agreement covering how your callers' data is handled.
  • Up to 100 missed calls a month are included, and if you regularly go over, I'll talk to you before anything changes.

Bespoke software and custom tools

For a business with one process that eats hours every week, where no off-the-shelf tool quite fits.

  • From £2,500

What you get

  • A tool built around that one process. Typical examples: a quote calculator on your website; an online form that fills in your spreadsheet or client list and sends the right emails; a simple dashboard that pulls together figures you currently copy by hand; automatic invoices and payment reminders.
  • A fixed written quote before anything is built: exactly what the tool will do, the price, the timeline and the payment stages.
  • The work done in stages, with a working version for you to try at each stage.
  • A handover with written instructions, and every account and login set up in your name.

What I need from you

  • A description of the job as it works today: who does what, how often and in which tools.
  • An example of the paperwork, spreadsheet or emails involved.
  • Access to the tools the new one needs to connect to.

How long it takes

The timeline is set out in your quote, before you agree to anything.

Good to know

  • "From £2,500" is the starting point. Your quote is fixed, so the price doesn't creep once work starts.
  • Any running cost of the tools it relies on, such as a software subscription, is set out in the quote.
  • Any bugs found in the first 30 days after handover are fixed free.
  • Not sure it's worth it? Start with the free one-page plan.
  • Need to search a building's drawings, manuals and service reports? See Building Search, with a demo you can try.

Website care plan: hosting, SSL and small edits

For businesses whose website I have built and who would rather not think about keeping it running.

  • £35 a month

What you get

  • Hosting for your site, with the SSL certificate (the browser padlock) kept renewed.
  • A backup of every version of your site, so any change can be undone.
  • Monitoring, so I'm told if your site goes down and can put it right.
  • Up to 30 minutes of small edits every month: text, prices, opening hours or photos. Email them over and they are usually done within two working days.
  • Software and security updates wherever your site needs them.

What I need from you

  • Nothing beyond the site itself. Send edits by email whenever you need them.

How long it takes

Starts the day you subscribe. The first month's edits can be used straight away.

Good to know

  • The care plan is for sites I have built. If yours was built elsewhere, email me and I'll tell you whether I can take it on.
  • Unused edit time doesn't roll over. Bigger changes, such as a new page, are quoted before any work starts.
  • Your domain stays in your name, and you renew it with your registrar.
  • Cancel any time with 14 days' notice before the next billing date. If you leave, you get your site's files so it can be hosted elsewhere.

For brands, creators and digital sellers

Digital studio

AI-native content production, built on a proven, brand-consistent pipeline.

AI Video Ad Packs

For brands and sellers running paid social ads on Meta, TikTok or Reels, or about to, who need ad creative to test.

  • Starter pack, 3 ads £240 + £150 first-project setup
  • Test pack, 5 ads × 3 hooks £550 + £150 first-project setup
  • Monthly plan, 12 ads a month, Standard £900 a month + £150 first-project setup
  • Monthly plan, 12 ads a month, Plus £1,200 a month + £150 first-project setup

What you get

  • Short vertical video ads, each under 18 seconds, with the payoff visible from the first frame.
  • An opening line (the hook) on every ad, written to be tested against the others.
  • Voiceover and captions included on every ad.
  • Files in the sizes each platform needs: 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, with 4:5 or 1:1 for feeds on request.
  • The Starter pack gives you 3 ads, each with one hook. The Test pack gives you 5 ads with 3 hooks each, 15 files in all, so you can find the opening that works.

The monthly plan comes in two levels:

Standard monthly £900 a month

  • 12 fresh ads every month, each with one hook.
  • Delivered in weekly batches, so there is always something new to test.

Plus monthly £1,200 a month

  • 12 fresh ads every month, each with two hook versions: 24 files in all.
  • A short written review each month of which ads did best, using the results you share, to shape the next month's ads.

What I need from you

  • The AI ad brief: your product, your offer, the feeling you want and your brand files. It takes about ten minutes.
  • Product photos, screenshots or footage.
  • For Plus, your ad results each month (a screenshot from your ads manager is fine).

How long it takes

Starter pack first drafts usually arrive within five working days of your brief, and Test pack drafts within ten. Monthly plans arrive in weekly batches. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing after you pay.

Good to know

  • The £150 brand setup is charged once, on your first project. It captures your logo, colours, fonts, product files and tone of voice, so every later ad is consistent and quicker to make. Already had a project with me? Email me and I'll send a link without the setup fee.
  • Two rounds of revisions are included. Send each round as one list of changes and I turn it round within two working days. On monthly plans, that applies to each batch.
  • I make the ads; I don't run your ad account. You (or whoever manages your ads) upload them, and ad spend is paid to the platform.

The terms, in plain English

  • Payment: fixed-price services are paid in full when you book. Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time with 14 days' notice before the next billing date.
  • Cancelling: if you buy for yourself rather than a business, you can cancel within 14 days of paying. I don't start during that time unless you ask me to; if you do and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done. How cancelling works.
  • Revisions: two rounds on every project, each sent as one list of changes. Further rounds, or a change of direction after approval, are quoted before any work continues.
  • Ownership: once paid in full, you have full commercial use of everything delivered, for your business. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you would rather I didn't.
  • Files: you receive finished files. Editable files are included where this page says so: the thumbnail templates, the Brand-in-a-Box files, the pitch deck and your website.
  • Your materials: you confirm you have the right to use the logos, images and content you send me.
  • The full terms are in the terms of use.

Not sure what you need?

Questions

Questions people ask

Do I need a call before booking?

No. Every service runs by email, apart from the 20-minute set-up call for missed-call text-back. After you pay, I email you within one working day to collect your brief and files and to confirm your delivery date in writing.

Who owns the work?

You do. Once it is paid for in full, you have full commercial use of everything delivered, for your business. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you would rather I didn't.

How do I choose between Standard and Plus?

Compare the two lists on this page. If you are still not sure, email [email protected] before paying and I'll tell you which fits.

Are there any costs on top of the price?

Only costs paid to someone else, and I tell you about them before you commit: your domain registration, any booking platform or text-message fees, and your advertising spend. The price on the services page is what you pay me.

What if I'm not happy with the first draft?

Two rounds of revisions are included on every project. Send your changes as one list, and each round comes back within two working days. A change of direction after you have approved the work is quoted before I start.
