What to use it for
- Studio work — video ad packs, device mockups, thumbnail systems, brand kits or a content retainer. Tell me what you are making and roughly when you need it. The services page has the full list and prices.
- Corrections — if something on this site is wrong or out of date, I want to know. Corrections get made and noted, not quietly buried.
- The books — questions about AI Made Simple or Tracing Your Roots With AI, or when the smart home title lands. The books page covers most of it.
- Your data — anything about the privacy policy, including having your details removed. No reason needed.
- Press and collaboration — happy to hear from you.
What I cannot help with
I do not give one-to-one tech support for products I have reviewed — the manufacturer will always be faster and better informed. I also do not accept payment for a positive review, and gifted hardware never buys a good verdict; if a piece involved a review unit, the piece says so.
